The Lumeklar Protection Promise
We stand behind the quality of our technology. All Lumeklar electronic devices (including Automatic Litter Boxes and Electronic Grooming Tools) come with a comprehensive 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
What is Covered?
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During this period, Lumeklar will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship.
Covered Components Include:
- Motor mechanisms and gears.
- Weight and infrared sensors.
- Internal circuit boards and power supplies.
What is NOT Covered?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Accidental Damage: Drops, cracks, or breakage caused by mishandling or pets chewing on cords.
- Water Damage: Submerging the electronic base unit in water or improper cleaning (e.g., hosing down the base where electronics are housed).
- Unauthorized Repairs: Attempting to open the motor housing or modify the internal electronics.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic scratches, fading, or consumable parts (like carbon filters or liners).
How to File a Warranty Claim
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution.
- Email contact@lumeklar.com with your Order Number.
- Provide a short video or photo demonstrating the defect.
- Our technical team will troubleshoot the issue. If the unit is deemed defective, we will ship a replacement part or a replacement unit free of charge.
Note: You do not need to ship the defective heavy unit back to us in most cases. Video proof is usually sufficient for a replacement approval.
