Orders & Shipping
Where do your products ship from?
We primarily ship from our network of distribution centers located in California and New Jersey, USA. This allows us to deliver most items within 4-7 business days. In rare cases of high demand, some specialized items may ship directly from our international manufacturing partners.
How long does delivery take?
Most US orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email 1-3 days after placing your order so you can follow its journey.
Can I cancel my order?
We process orders very quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel, please email us at contact@lumeklar.com within 6 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot cancel it, but you can return it after delivery.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you or your pet are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used litter boxes or soiled bedding.
Do your electronic products have a warranty?
Yes! All Lumeklar electronic devices (such as Automatic Litter Boxes) come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturer defects. If the motor or sensors fail, we will replace the unit or parts free of charge.
Payment & Security
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. Your security is our top priority. We use Shopify Payments, which is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant (the highest standard in the world). This means your credit card data is encrypted and secure.
